Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

1. Nature of the Event
The Holistic Healing Summit is an educational event hosted by Shaneequewa Samuels. The content, including sessions on Cellular Memory, Bio-Individuality, and Mental Ingestion, is for informational purposes only. This training is designed to show you what is possible with holistic healing and internal alignment, but success depends on individual implementation and personal health conditions.
2. Digital Product & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate digital nature of the replays, VIP workbook, and digital books (We Are Not The Same and Your Body Remembers), all VIP upgrades and order bumps are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Access: General Admission provides access to live broadcasts only. Lifetime replay access and digital downloads are reserved exclusively for VIP members.
Other Programs: Please note that all other coaching programs, digital courses, and services offered through this platform are also non-refundable, as access to proprietary intellectual property is granted immediately upon purchase.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the summit, including the 5 Hidden Toxic Inputs Checklist, Beginner Cleanse Roadmap, and Emotional Release Framework, are the intellectual property of Shaneequewa Samuels. Recording, redistributing, or selling this content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Health Disclaimer
Shaneequewa Samuels is a guide and educator. The strategies taught—such as the 5-Minute Cellular Reset Practice and Affirmation Protocols—are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
5. Community Conduct
Users joining the private Telegram or Facebook groups agree to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. High Frequenctea reserves the right to remove any member from these groups for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund of any paid fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
7. Severability and Waiver
The Holistic Healing Summit and Shaneequewa Samuels are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the information provided during the Event. Results mentioned are not typical and your results may vary.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
